1.Product description

It is our obligation and our main concern that the information given on the MOTO-LEVENTIS.GR website regarding the quality, quantity, main characteristics and prices of the products is absolutely accurate. However, on your computer screen some products may appear slightly different in colour to the reality.

2.Product prices

The prices listed in each product include 24% VAT.

These prices refer to the quantities that are available, while MOTO-LEVENTIS.GR reserves the right to modify the description and prices of its products without prior notification, but is committed to fulfilling your order to send the products ordered with the characteristics and prices posted on its website at the time of ordering.

3.Payment methods

A) Repayment   

You can pay the courier server upon delivery of the products to your location. If you choose this method of payment, there is an additional charge of 1.86 euros.

On the Bank Deposit Form you will write your name or order number and you must send us a copy. In cases where the deposit is not made in two days from the day the order is placed, then the order is automatically cancelled by the system. The cost of the bank commission will be borne by the Customer.

4.Shipping of Products

All shipments of our company are made through ACS Courier

Orders are shipped the same day if the order is placed before 12.00 and are received after 1-4 working days.

A)Receipt from the store

You can pick up from the physical store from 09:00-14:00 & 16:00-20:00 Monday to Friday and 09:00 to 14:00 on Saturday. In this case you will be informed by phone about your pickup. You will find us at 108 Eleftherios Venizelos Elefsina

The products are always accompanied by the corresponding documents. The customer has the option to choose the type of document he wants (retail receipt or invoice), by filling in the corresponding field of the website.

MOTO-LEVENTIS.GR does not recognize the existence of any liability in case of delay in delivery due to extreme weather conditions, strikes and force majeure, so the above delivery deadline will be extended as long as the reason for the delay.

5.Shipping costs

The cost of shipping for orders under 150€ starts from 2,48€ via ACS Courier for all Greece.

Shipping is free of charge when the order exceeds 150€.

If you choose cash on delivery as a payment method, you will be charged 1,86€, regardless of the order limit.

For purchases over 80€ there is no cash on delivery payment option. In these cases, the transaction must be paid by deposit/transfer or by credit/debit card or pick up from the store.

Delivery within 1-4working days.

Excluding Saturday and Sunday deliveries.

We will make every effort to deliver within the deadline stated on our website. We will not be responsible for any loss caused to you by late delivery or for late deliveries as a result of Courrier actions beyond our control.

6.Cancellation of the order

If you wish to cancel the order during the online ordering process, you can click on "Cancel" and the ordering process will be automatically interrupted.

7.Returns policy

Important information regarding clothing and Electrical - Mechanical items (e.g. power supplies, electronics, batteries, alarms, motors) have no warranty and are not returnable in any case, as it is impossible to check any damage caused by the customer.

For the return it is necessary to contact the Store by phone or send us an e-mail to info@moto-leventis.gr describing the return request and you will receive our reply.

Returns and replacements of products can only be made if all the following conditions are met:

The return must be made within 14 working days from the day of receipt of your order.

The product must be followed by all accompanying documents (retail receipt, delivery note-invoice, etc.).

All return costs are the responsibility of the sender. 

For refunds for purchases made with a credit card, we would like to inform you that the refund process is immediate and the crediting time usually does not exceed two to three working days.

8.Defective product

In the unlikely event that proven through the fault of moto-leventis.gr, sold products of poor and defective quality or by mistake in receiving the order or in pricing or shipping, etc. and the shipping costs are borne by the company.Only in these cases Moto-leventis.gr assumes full responsibility for replacement, The terms of return remain the same as above.

9.Limitations of liability

For all products contained in MOTO-LEVENTIS.GR it is assumed that there is sufficient availability in our warehouse, unless otherwise marked. The transaction will only be considered to be completed after sending a written electronic confirmation. In the event that it is impossible to execute an order MOTO-LEVENTIS.GR has the right to withdraw and not fulfill it, and in the event that the price has already been collected, it will be refunded by a deposit to your Bank account.
